The free plan isn't a trial

Quotes, invoices, card payments, contracts, booking, the customer portal and the website assistant are all on it, for one person at one address, for as long as you want. What the paid plans buy is the visibility work — the tracking, the competitors, the review routine — because every one of those costs real money every week on every account.

Email Ryan

One payment for the twelve months. It doesn't roll into a second year without asking you first, and the setup work stays yours either way.

What no plan does

  • It writes social posts and ad copy for you, checked against the real character limits — and then you paste them in yourself. Nothing here publishes to Facebook, Instagram or Google Ads, and no advertising account can be connected.
  • There is no text messaging anywhere. Reminders, review requests and follow-ups all go by email.
  • It does not sync with Google Calendar or Outlook, and it does not sync with QuickBooks or Xero. The way out of it is a CSV.
  • Connecting a Google Business Profile lets you bind your listing. It does not pull your reviews in, and it cannot answer them.

Paying more does not unlock any of these, because none of them exist yet. Everything that does

The questions people ask

Is the free plan a trial?+

No. It doesn't expire and it doesn't ask for a card. Quotes, invoices, payments, contracts, booking, the customer portal and the assistant are all on it. What Pro adds is the visibility work — tracking, competitors, review requests — because every one of those costs us money on every account, every week.

What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?+

You drop back to Free and nothing is deleted. Your contacts, invoices and history stay exactly where they are; the Pro-only screens stop refreshing. Nobody gets locked out of their own invoices for not paying us.

How do I actually pay for Pro?+

By emailing us, today. There is no checkout inside the product yet — it's the next thing being built, and saying so is more useful to you than a button that pretends otherwise.

Do you take a cut of my payments?+

No. Card payments run through your own Stripe account and land where your money already lands. There is no application fee — not a small one, none. Stripe charges you their normal rate and we are not in the middle of it.

What's the difference between Pro and Managed?+

Pro is the software. Managed is the software plus Ryan doing the work — claiming and completing the listing, fixing the on-page pieces, running the review routine, and drafting the posts and ads. Same product underneath; the difference is whose evening it takes.

What's the catch with annual?+

You pay for the twelve months up front, and that's the whole of it — the lower rate is what the up-front payment buys. There's no lock-in beyond the year you paid for: it doesn't roll into a second one without asking, and if you'd rather keep it loose, monthly is genuinely month to month and 29% dearer for the privilege.

Can I leave?+

On monthly, yes — no contract, stop whenever, and your data comes out as CSV. On annual you've bought the year, so what we do is finish it: the account stays open until the twelve months are up, we don't take another payment, and the setup work stays yours either way.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?+

Yes, at the point you renew. Switching mid-term means working out the difference by hand, which we'll do — email us — but there's no button for it, the same as there's no button for paying us in the first place yet.
