What this looks like when you don't have it
- →Inquiries in a website inbox you check on Sundays.
- →You reply Monday; they booked somebody Friday night.
- →No idea how many you lose this way.
The clock times your first real reply
An automatic acknowledgement does not stop it, because it answered nobody. Only inquiries that arrived inside your open hours are counted, and below a handful it shows nothing at all rather than a number built on two data points.
It tells you before you notice
One email a week, plus alerts on the things that cost money quietly. Nothing fires on a single failed check — a system that cries wolf gets muted, which is worse than not having one.
Send it wherever you already work
Every inquiry can post to a URL you control the moment it arrives, and so can an invoice going out and a payment landing. Enough to drive Zapier, Make, or something you wrote yourself.
Everything above gets you the inquiry. This decides whether you keep it, and it is the only one that costs nothing to fix.
Works with
It reads your Google listing and your own pages and tells you what is missing. No account, and nothing is stored about you.
No surprises
- —Email only. There is no text messaging anywhere in the product yet.
- —The response clock needs your open hours filled in. Without them it will not guess, and it will not score.
