Know every customer, and where every job has got to
A contact list you can search properly, and a board showing what stage each job is at.

What this looks like when you don't have it
- →Three records for the same person.
- →A quote you sent in March, lost by April.
- →Chasing somebody who already paid you.
Search that finds the person
Name, company, email or phone. Numbers and addresses are matched the way the deduplicator matches them, so one typed with dashes finds the one saved with spaces. Merging keeps both records, so nothing that referenced the loser breaks.
The board moves when something real happens
A job advances because an estimate went out, a booking was taken or a payment landed — not because somebody remembered to drag a card. Jobs never move backwards, and one you marked lost stays lost.
Follow-ups that default to leaving people alone
Every rule runs through the same guard, and the guard's default answer is no. Arming one is an admin-level act, because the failure mode is a customer emailed four times about a job they finished.
- ✓Quiet hours, touch caps and minimum spacing
- ✓Skips anybody who replied or paid
- ✓Sends your own wording, not ours
- ✓Review requests go to everyone, unscreened
Showing up puts you on the list. Reviews are what get you picked off it, and the number matters more than the average.
Works with
It reads your Google listing and your own pages and tells you what is missing. No account, and nothing is stored about you.
No surprises
- —There is no bulk import. Contacts arrive from your inquiries, your invoices and the ones you type in — you cannot upload a spreadsheet of an existing list yet.
- —Review requests go by email. A text-message channel exists in the screens but nothing sends it yet, so anything queued as a text will sit there.
