Let them book without calling you

A booking page on a link. Your services, staff and hours decide which times it offers.

What this looks like when you don't have it

  • Six voicemails and a game of telephone tag.
  • Two customers told the same Tuesday morning.
  • No-shows you had no way to remind.

It only offers times that are actually free

Services carry their own length, the buffer you need either side, and how many people you can take at once. Staff carry their own hours. What appears on the page falls out of all of it rather than a grid somebody keeps updating.

Set once, and the page follows
Green-pool recovery · 90 min · 30 min buffer
Ryan works Mon–Thu, not bank holidays
Two vans out at once, never three

The slot is held while they finish

Two people on the page at the same moment cannot take the same time. It is the failure every homemade booking form has, and the one that costs you a customer and an apology.

Then it does the reminding

A reminder goes out before the appointment, recorded as sent so a retried job cannot send it twice. Afterwards you mark what happened, and that is what the reports read.

A form that emails you

You read it later, ring them back, and hope the time is still good for both of you.

This

In the calendar the moment they press it, with the reminder already scheduled.

It reads your Google listing and your own pages and tells you what is missing. No account, and nothing is stored about you.

No surprises

  • There is no two-way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook. Bookings live here; appointments you make elsewhere are invisible to this.
  • It cannot take a deposit at the point of booking. Payment is a separate step, on an invoice or a pay link.
