Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These cover the free checker and the Who They Call service. They are short on purpose.
The Loop Score is an estimate
It is calculated from public information — your Google listing and the pages on your own website — at the moment you run it. It is a useful signal, not an audit, and not a statement of fact about your business.
It reads the page source. If your website builds its content in the browser, we may not see everything a visitor sees, and the report says so when it detects that. Check anything surprising before acting on it.
We only ever score three of the four steps from outside. Reply speed cannot be measured without access to your inbox, so it is never scored and never counted in the total.
No ranking promises
Nobody controls Google's results, including us. We do not guarantee a position, a number of calls, a number of reviews, or any particular outcome, and you should be careful with anyone in this industry who does.
What we commit to is doing the work described on the site and telling you each month what we did and what changed.
Using the checker
Only check websites you own or are authorized to check.
Do not use it to scan sites in bulk, script it, or run it as part of another product. It is rate limited, and we may block addresses that abuse it.
The checker is provided as-is and free of charge. It may be unavailable, slow, or wrong.
The service
$399/mo, billed monthly. No contract and no setup fee. You can cancel any time and you are not billed again after that.
Setup work we do on your Google listing and your website stays yours if you leave. We do not remove it or hold it hostage.
We need access to your Google Business Profile and your website to do the work. You keep ownership of both, and you can revoke that access whenever you want.
We do not run advertising campaigns, build backlinks, or write bulk blog content as part of this.
Your side of it
The information you give us needs to be accurate — a wrong address or wrong hours on a listing does real damage.
You are responsible for your own business's licensing, insurance, and the claims made on your website.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes to an active service will be told to you directly, not buried here.
