The whole loop, from the search to the money
Getting found is where this started, and it is only the first half. What decides whether a local business is busy is what happens in the four hours after somebody finds it — and then whether the job gets quoted, booked, done and paid without three phone calls.
Getting the work in
Everything between somebody finding you and the job being in the book.
Keeping track of it
Who they are, what you promised them, and what happens next.
Getting paid
Quote it, sign it, invoice it, and take the money without chasing.
After the job
What the customer can see for themselves, and what you can see about the month.
Getting more of it
The jobs you already did, turned into the reason the next person calls.
Contacts, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, contracts, booking and the customer portal are all on the free plan. It is not a two-week look at a locked product.
No surprises
- —It writes social posts and ad copy for you, checked against the real character limits — and then you paste them in yourself. Nothing here publishes to Facebook, Instagram or Google Ads, and no advertising account can be connected.
- —There is no text messaging anywhere. Reminders, review requests and follow-ups all go by email.
- —It does not sync with Google Calendar or Outlook, and it does not sync with QuickBooks or Xero. The way out of it is a CSV.
- —Connecting a Google Business Profile lets you bind your listing. It does not pull your reviews in, and it cannot answer them.
Every feature page has a list like this on it. Ryan builds this alone, and the fastest way to waste both our time is for you to sign up for something that isn't here yet.
